If your child is struggling to get to sleep or feels unsettled throughout the night, then perhaps this gentle guided meditation is something they can listen to, before they go to sleep. By connecting to their Sleeping Angels through this meditation, your child will be protected and lovingly supported throughout their sleeping hours. Keeping your child safe and comfortable in their dream space.
Suitable for Primary School Age.
- Your child may like to have their favourite toy or doll or teddy bear in bed with them if the need to, whilst they meditate before falling asleep.
- Encourage your child to get into a comfortable lying position in their bed, before starting this meditation.
- Create a quiet space for your child to meditate in before going to sleep, by turning off the TV, video games and any other distractions.
