For Focus & Calming Down
A short guided meditation to help cleanse and calm down your mind, your physical body and your energy body by focusing on your breathing pattern. It can also help you to minimise and let go of any stress or tension that you may be feeling or have energetically absorbed from others.
- Get into a comfortable position before starting the meditation.
- Minimise distractions where possible ie. Turn off your phone; find a quiet space and clear a time for yourself where there will be no interruptions.
- Light a candle or some tea lights in your quiet meditative space that you have created for yourself.
