For Balance & Alignment
If you are feeling energetically overloaded or ‘out of sorts’, then this gentle and supportive chakra meditation will help to bring you back into balance, through the use of coloured healing light and positive affirmations. With the return of more balance to your energy field or aura, this will then have a calming effect on your physical body. They both go hand in hand.
- Get into a comfortable position before starting the meditation.
- Minimise distractions where possible ie. Turn off your phone; find a quiet space and clear a time for yourself where there will be no interruptions.
- Light a candle or some tea lights in your quiet meditative space that you have created for yourself.
